Welcome to Samar by Samra Shahrukh. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Samar, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. PRODUCTS
Samar offers carefully crafted Eastern wear, including pieces that are hand embroidered and handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in embroidery, embellishment, texture, colour, and finish may occur from one piece to another. These variations are not considered defects.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, colours, and images displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.
2. PRICING
All prices displayed on the website are in PKR, unless otherwise stated.
Samar reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping charges are separate and will be displayed at checkout or communicated where applicable.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the customer is considered to have accepted the product details, pricing, size, and order information provided at the time of purchase.
Any changes to an order will not be permissible once the order has been confirmed.
4. PAYMENT & ADVANCE DEPOSIT
Where an advance payment is required, the order will only be processed once the required advance amount has been received.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation to be eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.
After 48 hours, the advance deposit becomes non-refundable.
5. CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Cancellation requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund of the advance deposit.
Samar reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the applicable cancellation period.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Samar does not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective.
If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify the Samar team within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
A return or exchange request must be supported by clear photographs and videos showing the alleged defect. The Samar team will review the submitted evidence and conduct the necessary due diligence before determining an appropriate resolution.
The resolution may include a return, exchange, repair, or another appropriate solution, depending on the nature and circumstances of the issue.
The final resolution will be determined and communicated by the Samar team following review of the matter.
7. SHIPPING DAMAGE
Samar is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
Customers are advised to inspect their package and product carefully upon delivery and notify Samar promptly if there is any concern regarding the condition of the shipment.
8. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the event that an approved return or exchange is arranged, any applicable shipping costs will be communicated to the customer by the Samar team.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Samar offers shipping within Pakistan and internationally to selected destinations.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, availability, production requirements, courier services, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Samar is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain Samar pieces may be made to order. Production timelines for such pieces may vary and will be communicated where applicable.
Once a made-to-order piece has entered production, cancellation or modifications will not be permissible.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Samar website, including but not limited to the Samar name and logo, product photographs, campaign imagery, videos, graphics, text, designs, collection names, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Samar by Samra Shahrukh.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use the Samar website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access to our systems, or reproduce or misuse our content.
Samar reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where misuse or unauthorised activity is identified.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Samar will not be responsible for delays, losses, or circumstances arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, technical failures, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Samar reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
